To save on shipping, please choose in-store pick up at one of our three showroom locations.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges can be made within 60 days of receipt of goods. For return acceptance, products must not have been used, and must be returned in original carton. Ship returned goods to us freight prepaid and please secure prior written return authorization and proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns of non-stock, custom, special orders, or used item orders. Grand + Benedicts reserves the right to accept or refuse returned items to our stock. All returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs
Our shipping calculator is based on UPS real time rates. If the UPS shipping rate is out of your budget, please contact us and we will look into rates from other carriers. You can also chose the option “Shop Best Rate” and we will research the cheapest method to ship your order. In some instances we can save you money by using USPS flat rate boxes or USPS 2-3 days Priority.
Handling charge
Grand + Benedicts does not charge any handling fees when you order online.
How soon can I expect my order?
Grand + Benedicts strives to keep all our inventoried items in stock and we attempt to ship all UPS orders the same day they are received. Typically, the cut-off is between 2-3 pm (PST) M-F. Truck orders take a little bit longer and usually ship within 3-5 days. Most of our orders will ship from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. Once your order ships it takes between 1-7 days via UPS ground. For the transit time to your area, go to UPS ground Transit Map and enter zip code 97222. Occasionally, we underestimate the popularity of an item and run out of stock. In those cases, we will contact you directly with more information about your order. We do not charge your account until your order ships.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships we will email you a tracking number you can use to check the status of the order. You can also login to your account on our website and track the order. Feel free to contact customer service at 800.547.7005 or by email if you have any questions.
Truck only items
Some G+B items ship by truck only and require you to contact us for a shipping quote. Please call 800.547.7005 or email us for a truck quote. Grand + Benedicts has discounted freight rates with several common carriers. If you don’t have a preferred carrier, we can select the most economical one. If you have a preferred freight carrier, please specify the carrier at checkout. Please note that a crating charge is applied to certain large items. Since the origin of the shipment may vary, some orders may not be shipped together. We ship truck items out of four warehouses located in OR, WA and CA and certain orders can be drop-shipped directly from a manufacturer.
